<\/span> A Catalan preschool teacher has filed a lawsuit before the General Court of the European Union (GCEU), claiming over \u20ac65,000 in non-contractual damages<\/strong>. The legal action, led by lawyer Josep Jover and supported by the Platform of Substitute Teachers of Catalonia<\/strong> (PINDOC<\/a><\/strong>), is directed against the European Commission and, subsidiarily, against the Spanish State.
